The arrival of our new Worky Quad:
One of the things that Ascent customers often say to us is “how do you do it” and “Goodness, you must be fit to do this job“. Well yes, you do have to be fit to be a tree surgeon, there is a lot of walking and a lot of lifting involved, not to mention the climbing.
However, we are only human and all that physical exertion can really take a toll on your health. Muscle strains can be a problem, particularly when lifting heavy log segments in difficult terrain.
Here at Ascent Tree Solutions we always take care and work to health and safety standards, but our team are all excited to have a new machine on board which can take some of the heavy lifting out of the equation.
Worky Quad SSQ22 its a game changer
The SSQ22 should help greatly towards easing the strain. Designed to lift heavy material and transport tools around the site, the Worky Quad should be a great asset to the team!
In fact, we have found it really is the perfect tool when having to work in tight spaces or where access to the trees is an issue.
Luckily, the Worky has great interchangeable accessories helping us to can perform multiple tasks and helping to minimise labour and get the job done that bit quicker.
The SSQ22 is so versatile it can act as a type of forklift truck, Drill large holes, and act as a high-reach saw. When coupled with our Chipper, our arborist team can get right into the tighter spaces of woodland or gardens and shed branches in situ, without having to physically remove debris over tough terrain.
